We accept them and love them for who they are, building a foundation of trust through which we share with them our love of Jesus Christ. Jeremiah 29:11 We work through the mission statement of First Pres: "God's living WORD, through the work of the Holy Spirit, draws as we engage in a series of events and activities designed over the course of a year for students to build community with one another and their church family (Acts 2:42-47), learn to deepen their walk with Christ (John 8:31-32), and in turn to serve Him with their worship and witness (John 13:34, Matthew 28:18-20). us together and guides us in our daily lives. In this youth group, we strive in all that we do to reach that highest point. We are constantly asking God to work in our spiritual lives that we may ascend ever more towards God in our faith, becoming more Christ-like along the way.
